The Rox Reader

The Rox Reader is Rox El's student newspaper. Created and named in 2016, the paper is reported, written, and drawn by the after school newspaper club. The staff has received guidance from Gabe Schaffer, Roxboro's yearbook photographer, and from Ms. Bremer Fisher, publisher of The Heights Observer. The students learn an enormous amount about working on a newspaper and photojournalism.  The newspaper is distributed to the community to help inform people about events. Who says print journalism is dead!
